Thank you for Comedity and the Penguin.

Thank you for Finders Keepers.

*goes to make a fresh cup of tea so he can drink to the comic one more time*
Ah, much better.

Anyway, a solid ending indeed. I'm not going to ruin the moment by making you say whether the events of the last few strips did actually take place. I never had huge beef with the strip going more towards the fantastical side, but it's nice that it returned to its wacky-hijinx-amongst-friends roots for the closing. Much better than jumping the shark Smile

Have fun with FK- if you have as much fun doing creative writing/drawing as I'm having putting together a new game on my break from Diodes, the result should be awesome Very Happy
(speaking of which... hrm. I was planning to keep all the art in-house for this one, like most of my other projects, but for quality's sake I may commission out the 'large' cutscene panels and facial art when the time comes... I'll get in touch later if I need it, or you can shoot me a PM/mail if you're low on paying work. Steampunk freeform robots and medieval magical doodadery- nothing I haven't seen out of you in the past.).

I've been watching this comic for a while. You know, one of those background people who nip to the page every so often to catch up... Difference is that I'm not really that into the webcomic scene. Comedity is one of the very few webcomics I used to check up on, and I must admit a slight pang of loss in the knowledge that it has now come to an end.

But you're right.

Life is change. Things change. People change. I know what it's like when everyone moves off in their own separate direction, and those insane adventures become a thing of rarity.

I do hope more comes in the perhaps distant future, but meanwhile, thank you for the wild ride. It's been a blast reading your adventures, be they the fictional imaginative ones or the ones based on reality.

I look forward to seeing more of your new project.

As someone who used to be around here a little bit, and just discovered that Comedity ended (I lost track for a while), I just thought I'd log in to post congratulations on a comic ended, and though I've not read any of Finders Keepers yet, I'm assured by having read Comedity that it has a significant chance of excellence.

(Also, yay for having vol. 1, and yay for the possibility of vol. 2/complete.)
